restriction and food fear are what keep most women stuck in that exhausting all-or-nothing cycle.

When food tastes good, you’ll actually want to eat it.
I made this butter as an experiment, now I never let it run out…
It’s homemade, full of real ingredients, and makes the simplest, healthiest meals taste incredible in seconds.

5 things I refuse to do as a women’s health & fitness coach 👇🏼

1️⃣ Encourage restrictive diets
Cutting out entire food groups or obsessing over calories doesn’t create freedom, it creates fear.
Food is FUEL, not punishment.
When you learn to nourish instead of restrict, your energy, mood, and results transform.

2️⃣ Disregard the female cycle
Men and women are DIFFERENT.
Our hormones, energy, and recovery needs differ astronomically to males
We cycle throughout the month, they do so in 24 hours.
If your training and nutrition plan doesn’t honor your needs as a woman, it’s setting you up for burnout, not balance.

3️⃣ Push hustle culture + “more discipline”
Your worth isn’t measured by how “hard” you can go.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your health is rest.
True progress comes from compassion, not just discipline.

4️⃣ Shame you for missed workouts or hiccups
Life happens.
One missed workout or a weekend off track is not failure, it’s human.
Progress is built on consistency over time, not perfection.
Guilt will never move you forward, but self-respect will.

5️⃣ Promote quick fixes or trendy fads
Your health is not a 6-week shred, detox tea, or magic supplement.
Chasing fast results only leaves you stuck in the same spiral.
I’m here for long-term strategies that actually stick.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and defeated, your mind a constant spiral of

“why is it so hard for me when everybody else can do it”

When a toddler is given a bunny, their natural instinct is to squeeze it as tight as possible,
You’ve told them to be careful and not to drop the bunny. So they hold on tight.

When you put so much pressure and expectation on your goals and health,
you too are holding on far too tightly.

Now you could yell at the toddler, show frustration and freak out about how tightly they hold it.
(Which would probably only scare them and cling harder)
OR
You could reassure kindly, show them that it’s okay to let go and approach calmly, lovingly and compassionately.

Once you reassure the child, show them that it’s okay to release a little and relax. They do. The bunny stops squirming and relaxes also.

Now we can apply the came principle to you.

Instead of talking badly to yourself, affirming negative beliefs and beating yourself up.

You can build confidence and security in your health and body, show yourself kindness, love and compassion and realise that you too don’t need to hold on so tight.

You don’t need to be clinging desperately and stressing out about loosing control of your health.

It’s time you relaxed, built the self belief,
the habits and loosened your grip a little.

Your body WANTS to be its healthiest.
Your mind WANTS to work with you.

The woman you’re destined to be is closer than you think, I want to help you and guide you to becoming HER

I know what it’s like to feel like you’re always starting over.
