•You need to be comfortable, coz, ofcourse comfort comes first. ALWAYS! 🕉


Beginners variation: Sphinx
Intermediate/Advanced: Cobra
Intermediate/Advanced: Upward dog

Best postures you can practice when you're full of acidity and feel burpy
🕉🙏🌻

1. Supta Badhakonasana or the Reclining butterfly pose.
2. Ardha Matsyendrasana or the Half Spinal twist.
3. Paschimottasana or the Forward fold. (Yes, my forwards folds are a minus 🙆‍♀️)
4. Vajrasana or the Thunderbolt pose.
5. Pawanamuktasana or the Wind relieving pose.

This surely give you good relief from Acidity.
•Also, drink a glass of cold milk.🥛 •Incase you're lactose intolerant, do have some boiled water soaked I'm Ajwain(carom seeds).💧

P.S. Ajwain really helps me. When I skip a meal a day, my next morning always starts with Ajwain.😇

•Stretches the front of the body including the chest, abdomen, and quadriceps.💫
•Improves Spinal mobility. 🌻
•Tones the thighs.💌
•Improves respiration. 🕉
*Hold for 30 to 45 seconds*

A quick preparatory pose illustration for CHAKRASANA aka WHEEL POSE.
⚙🌻
1. A few rounds of sun salutation to build that heat up and warm your body.
2. Vajrasana to work on the legs.
3. Cobra pose to work on the core, spine, wrists and shoulders.
4. Bridge pose- A must for beginners wanting to try our wheel pose/Chakrasana.
5- Half Chakrasana- almost there, but, getting there!
