is based to improve the Sports Management and give in a new structure for the Generation X. Growth Statics of a kid via overall program like Professional Sports Program & Physical Training Program 5+ times a week. Invitations to trips and outings that will be organized regularly which will mostly be related to sports. Every twice a month : 1 Local Trip
Every thrice a month : 1 Intercity Trip
Every half yearly : 1 Interstate Trip
Every yearly : 1 International Trip
Needless to mention that medical service will always be available, if at all you need it. We intend to take group insurance policies for our players. At the option of the student, our Company will procure professional kits & equipment for them from the market and/or assist them in doing so. Intention to interact with each and every player in order to understand the strength and weaknesses of every individual. Counselling sessions at regular intervals with the player, his colleagues and including family members, will help each player understand himself better and it will help bring out the best in him. It is utmost important that the nutrition requirement of the body is correctly met without which optimum performance is not possible. The coaching programme will generally be divided into three styles depending on the type of coaching the player needs:
