Lionel Messi’s presence in India was bigger than just a visit. It was a rare chance to connect a global football icon with Indian football itself. That connection could have been symbolized in the simplest, most powerful way with an Indian football jersey.

A jersey isn’t just fabric. It represents a nation’s football identity, its dreams, its players, and its future. Seeing Messi hold or wear an Indian football jersey would’ve sent a strong message: Indian football exists, it matters, and it belongs on the global stage.

For young Indian footballers, that image would have meant everything. One moment, one photo — a legend acknowledging Indian football — can inspire a generation more than words ever can.

This isn’t about status or comparisons. It’s about **belonging**. Football is a global language, and a jersey is how a nation speaks through it.

Messi has inspired millions across the world. An Indian football jersey in his hands would have symbolized a bridge — between global greatness and Indian football’s growing journey.

Some moments go beyond trophies and rivalries.
They become memories.

One image, one moment — sometimes that’s all it takes to inspire a generation.

**Dear Leo,**

Real talk — Ronaldo fans don’t hate you. Football don’t work like that. You can’t back two rivals at the same time, but rivalry ain’t hatred. It’s just banter, jokes, and wind-ups — part of the game, nothing personal.

Anyone who knows me knows I’ve never hated you and never will. Facts are facts: you’re one of the coldest to ever touch a ball. My bias for CR7 won’t let me call you *the* GOAT, but I’ll always say you’re **one of the greatest ever**, no debate.

Seeing you show respect to our culture and our gods? Massive. That’s bigger than football and earns respect everywhere.

Big respect, Leo ❤️
From a lifelong Ronaldo fan.

Dear Leo,

We Ronaldo fans dont hate you. It’s just that in Sport one can’t have the same love for two players who are rivals. That doesn’t mean we hate you. We make fun of the opponet fanbase in spirit of Banter and Fun but Never an absolute hatred. Seeing you respect Our culture makes us respect you more. People who know me personally know that I dont hate you and will never do. Like I always say You are one of the greatest ever to do it. My love and Bias for Ronaldo will not make me say that You are The One. But Definitely One of the Greatest. Thank you for Respecting Our Culture and Gods. We Love You Leo❤️

From
Lifelong Ronaldo Fan.

The Truth Behind the Green Dot

Microsoft Teams is introducing a new capability that will use Wi-Fi signals to detect when employees are in the office, automatically updating their work location status. Rolling out globally in December 2025, this update aims to make hybrid collaboration smoother — but it has also sparked Privacy and trust concerns.

Microsoft says the feature will be off by default and requires both admin enablement and user consent. The goal is to reduce manual updates and help teams know who’s truly on-site or remote. Still, many see this as another step toward digital over-visibility — where convenience edges close to surveillance.

Over time, I’ve noticed three kinds of people in the Teams world:

Those who keep Teams running on their mobile phones 24/7, always showing that reassuring green “Available” light — sometimes just to look active.

The Sincerely Active (Default) – They’re online during working hours, engaged and responsive wherever they are. Not 24/7, not pretending — just genuinely present when it matters.

And those who are hardly ever online, living permanently behind the grey/yellow “Offline/Away” icon.

Presence doesn’t equal productivity, and visibility doesn’t equal dedication. People who genuinely want to deliver results will do so with honesty, regardless of the indicator.

It reminds me of a quote my previous HOD used in his email signature — one that quietly inspired the entire team:

“Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.”

True leaders know who is genuinely working towards results and getting the job done — whether someone is online or offline, wherever they are. Trust me, I’ve had the privilege of working with such leaders. They focus on results, not appearances, and empower teams rather than policing them.

🌿 Integrity is Quiet Power

Work, at its core, is still about trust, intent, and integrity — no matter how advanced our tools become or how technology evolves. The green dot may show we’re online, but it’s our actions that show we’re truly present. The essence of work remains human: these values matter more than any Wi-Fi signal. Leadership that understands this creates teams that thrive, no matter where they are.

You can’t win an argument with a fool - but you can win by staying calm.

Some people don’t want to understand, they just want to win.

And when you argue with them, you lose twice: your time and your peace.

At work, it’s easy to get pulled into debates that lead nowhere.
But the truth is - smart people don’t fight for attention.

They let their actions do the talking.

You don’t have to prove your point to everyone.

You just have to keep doing your work well.

Because with time, the difference becomes clear -
who was focused on results,
and who was busy making noise.

So next time someone tries to drag you into unnecessary drama,
choose silence.

Stay calm.

Keep moving.

In the end, calm confidence always wins over loud arguments.
