Let's take you through an overview of the 100 days fitness challenge process inclusions:

1. Goal Setting: Deciding and writing down the exact fitness goals to be achieved at the end - from weightloss to sports fitness.

2. Diet and Nutrition Consulting - Understanding and curating a new diet plan with adding all the healthy food and removing the unwanted ones!

3. Body measurements & Body composition Analysis: A complete understanding of essential fitness parameters of the body- BMI BMR muscle mass etc.

4. Training Design - Training design for 5-7 days of the week depending upon the goal.

5. Supplement Guidance - Recommendations of pre or post workout supplement for ensuring completeness of Nutrients.

'Reverse Lunges!'
Work on large muscles of lower body helping improve balance and stability, alignment and symmetry, bring in upright posture

Reverse lunges are often used for stretching and warming up!

Note : Reverse Lunges are safer compared to forward lunges as majority of the weight stays on the back legs, if performed right.
