FITENSITY workouts are one of the ways to torch fat and get into shape. However, preparing your body for one is just as important as actually doing the workout.
Bunny Hop recommends prep workouts :-

* Plank- 3 sets- 20 sec-40 sec- 60 sec.
* Side Shuffle with Burpees- 3 sets- 5 reps.
* Bending forward- 3 sets- 10 reps.
* Skipping- 4 sets- 25 counts.
