My High Protein Post Workout Meal Prep 💪
CHICKEN FRIED RICE (Instead of boring chicken rice and veggies)
✅1tsp Olive Oil
✅10-20g Chopped Garlic 🧄
✅2 Whole Eggs 🥚
✅Veggies (Carrots, French Beans, Capsicum)
✅White Rice
✅1tsp Soya Sauce
✅Chinese Masala (Optional)
✅Grilled Chicken 🍗

High Protein KFC chicken popcorn 🍿 🍗

Much healthier alternative to your classic deep fried Kfc chicken popcorn.
- 25 g oats
- oregano , garlic powder 🧄 , chilli flakes
- add 125 g of raw diced chicken 🍗
- blend into flour
- 70g egg whites
- 1tsp bbq sauce
Mix and marinade it all together.
- air fry for 20 mins .

High Protein meal prep Pizza 🍕
( The ingredients used in this is to make one big pizza , can we divided into 2 )

- 100g oats
( blend into flour )
- 2 whole eggs 🥚
- 180g Greek yoghurt
- lot's of garlic powder 🧄
- 1tsp baking powder
- mix until nice and smooth
microwave for 20 minutes.
- add tomato sauce 🍅 , oregano to your base
- add chicken pieces ( or any meat of your choice)
- 50g mozzarella cheese
microwave again for 5 minutes.
Cut in to equal slices and Enjoy ☺️
High Protein Mango lassi 🥭
A very simple yet delicious drink which will help you to satisfy your sugar and sweet cravings when you are on diet.
- 60 g Mango 🥭
-150 g greek yoghurt
- 200 ml milk
-1 scoop whey
- blend it together until thick and creamy
290cal , 33g protein , 3 g fat , 30g carbs .
