Adventure has forever been a fancy of human limitations, against which one challenges and puts to test one’s caliber and guts. While talking about an adventure destination in India, numerous names pop up, yet nothing parallels the Basic Mountaineering Course in Manali.

BMC is a foundation course for both men and women covering basic techniques of acclimatization, trekking, rock-craft, snow and ice craft, and river crossing.

Hello all,

As we all know the forest of Maharashtra has fertile land and is eligible to grow fruits with little efforts. Infiltration of human kind by various means dislocates the local habitat of a forest. Growing fruits bearing trees will draw more birds and animal to the forests and
reestablish it. In the regions with good rainfall and fertile land, mangoes can be grown during rainy seasons. I am planning to visit the nearby Forest of Rajmachi and grow mangoes from seeds. For the same, I need a couple of volunteers who can participate in this . I would like to invite you all for for this initiative. We would be requiring volunteers for
1. Collecting mango seeds
2. Drying and removing seeds
3. Visit rajmachi ( self paid)
4. For making small fences for protection of germinated seeds
5. Maintenance visit ( twice or thrice depending upon the condition of planters).

Note: volunteer only if you are genuinely interested. Also critics are welcomed ONLY when you have alternate solution to the problem. Also, this will be our first effort. We are not expert in this. There are chances that it might not work but trying to do something good and failing in it is way better option than not trying.

It's that time of the year again when the mighty Himalayan ranges are calling us in their grand summer look. Mountain Adventure Course is down the line. So be ready for a wonderful adventurous summer with MAC.

Mountain Adventure Course(MAC) is a 15-day exciting trekking experience where you will be equipped with the different mountaineering skills of climbing, rappelling and other activities. It is for the students who want to experience the fun in Himalayan high altitude trekking and become a well-trained trekker. It doesn't require serious physical activity and fitness. Other details will be provided in the orientation.

Be there in the orientation to get an introduction of MAC and listen to the experiences of the students who have done this course in the past.
