There are a lot of folks either diagnosing themselves with ADHD OR calling it a "superpower". Neither is really true.
The reframe of a superpower is great but it diminishes the actual issues faced by people. And while many of us with ADHD are probably NOT as affected by it, for many this can be debilitating, especially with negative feelings and the physical effects of "spicy neuro-chemistry".
Get yourself tested, find a good professional to work with, and hang in there.
