Our suggestion: Barefoot training is fantastic for Strength training.
Shoes are imperative for any sport specific training, running, jumping or any athletic activity which can be considered as high-impact.

These 2 movements cannot be replaced.
They are bad only if performed incorrectly and are a boon for anyone who executes it correctly.
As a matter of fact, they are recommended during Physiotherapy for injury recovery.

The only time these movements hurt us is when we are Standing wrong, Moving wrong or Lifting more than we should.
If performed accurately under credible supervision, these movements deliver the best results irrespective of anyone's fitness objective.
As a matter of fact, squat and hinge are included in injury recovery by physiotherapists.

Do as much crunches or situps and planks as you like, it won't help you lose fat around your abdomen.
Get you nutrition straight now, get in a caloric deficit and see the magic happening.
Share this as much as you can.

STOP SKIPPING CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES FROM YOUR ROUTINE!!!
Just as our 'Leg day' workouts, Cardiovascular workouts are indispensable for varied reasons.
The benefits include but not restricted to are:
1. Complementing weight training and caloric deficit for fat loss.
2. Improving overall cardio vascular endurance
3. Improve metabolism
4. Managing high blood pressure.
..and many more.
If you skip it compensate by adding a small session at the end of your other workouts.

If you want to lose fat with a safe, sustainable and scientific process, you have to stop prioritizing cardio as the only solution.
Read this pie chart carefully to know what to prioritize and what and HOW MUCH does fatloss really depend on in terms of percentage.
First ensure that the number of calories you consume is lesser than the required number of minimum maintenance calories.
Second, you get enough sleep of atleast 7 to 8 hours.
Third, Lift weights or use body weight to develop strength atleast thrice a week.
And last , do some Cardiovascular exercises once or maximum twice a week.
If you have noticed, the exercise part has the least influence and the lifestyle part has a major influence.

Ever evaluated your willpower on the ground? A plank will test your patience, strength and willpower all at once! Below are the steps to practice a plank at home:
1. Assume a push-up position but bend your arms at your elbows so your weight rests on your forearms.

2. Your Upper arms should be perpendicular to the ground and your Feet should be together while you are on your toes

3. Keep the neck straight while looking at the floor

4. Squeeze your abs towards the spine, clench your glutes and keep your body straight from head to heels (knees locked out straight).

5. Breathe calmly and Hold as long as you can.

6. Add weight on the back for greater core activation as shown in the picture but only under supervision.

Practicing the plank can gradually improve your will power as well as stabilize your mental health. For more tips, stay tuned and turn on post notifications.
