With taking over the minds of millions, people these days are worried even with a small cough or sneeze.
Please don't fear and follow these simple steps to stay away from infectious diseases.
1. Vitamin C rich foods will keep your immunity up. Either have Amla daily or two oranges or one guava or a bowl of papaya. Add lemon to your Currys/ steamed veggies. But make sure these are not too hot when you add lemon else the vitamin C will be lost due to heat.
2. Have black pepper with honey or dry ginger in your tea. You can have turmeric milk at night as well to keep your body strong, and help daily repairs. This will also help reduce fatigue.
3. Daily start with breath work: Kapalbhati, Anuloma Viloma are two most important to be done regularly
4. Raw veggies, salads could bring along some bacteria or viruses. And in the current scenario, it is better to steam or boil raw veggies instead of eating it as raw salad. So go for steamed salads right now .
5. Take warm water baths, oil your body regularly. This will keep tiredness away. And a rejuvenated body has less chances of catching diseases.

Energy flows in your body like water flows in a stream. The chakras are ponds of energy that spiral around in our bodies.
When your chakras are blocked or out of balance, this stops the stream from flowing and the rest of your chakras are affected.
This is why when something goes bad in your life, other areas of your life tend to follow suit.
