"Being present and witnessing the unveiling of Rohit's stand at Wankhede Stadium is a proud moment, and meeting Rohit after a long gap is a soulful moment."

We're honored to have felicitated cricketing legend Rohit Sharma, part of the esteemed Mumbai Ranji Trophy team, at our function in May 2007. The legendary Ajit Wadekar sir presented the recognition, and I recall saying, "Dear Rohit, you are receiving this trophy from Ajit sir, who has a Midas touch. Hold his hands tightly, and mark my words – with his touch and blessings, your cricketing career will flourish like never before."

Exactly 18 years later (May 2025), we're thrilled to see a stand in Rohit Sharma's name alongside Ajit Wadekar sir's at the Wankhede Stadium! His achievements inspire aspiring cricketers everywhere.

As I stand here, basking in the glory of my 50th Mumbai Cricket Association tournament title, I'm filled with an indescribable sense of pride, joy, and gratitude. This milestone wouldn't have been possible without the love, support, and trust of my fellow players, students, and management.

Twenty titles as a captain and thirty as a coach - each one a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion that has driven me throughout my cricketing career. And to have achieved this with various maidan clubs and corporate teams is truly a blessing.

I'm especially thrilled that United CC Association has emerged as champions of the Kurla Bapat tournament for the second year in a row! This team's commitment, camaraderie, and sheer talent have made this achievement all the more special.

As I look back on this incredible journey, I'm reminded of the countless individuals who have contributed to my success. From my teammates and opponents to my students and mentors, I'm grateful for the lessons learned, the memories shared, and the love received.

I'm thrilled to have won my 49th MCA tournament title, with 20 as a captain and 29 as a coach in Mumbai cricket! This latest triumph comes courtesy of the talented Chowgule Sports Club, who emerged as champions of the MCA (C Division) Corporate Tournament.

I must say, I'm incredibly proud of the Chowgule players, who displayed exceptional attitude, camaraderie, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Their dedication, hard work, and passion for the game were evident in every match, and it was a joy to watch them perform.

The team's spirit was infectious, and they played with a sense of unity and purpose that's rare to see. Each player brought their unique strengths to the table, and together, they formed a formidable unit.

I'd like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the entire Chowgule Sports Club team on their well-deserved victory. It's been an absolute pleasure to coach and mentor such a talented and committed group of players. Here's to many more titles and triumphs in the future!"

Overjoyed to see United CC Association promoted to G Division Kanga League! This marks my 17th Kanga title - 7 as captain, 10 as coach. Overall, 48 titles in Mumbai cricket as captain and coach till date.(Titles includes winner, runners up of MCA affiliated tournaments & promotion in kanga league )

Kanga League and Knockout are fiercely contested tournaments where prestige and pride are at stake. In such high-pressure environment, these results are truly satisfying.

This success isn't mine alone. It's the culmination of tireless efforts from players, support staff, and management across various clubs. I'm humbled to be their guide.

As a coach, I've learned that cricket teaches invaluable life skills:

First in 2018 with ICICI Sports club (F divison) & now in 2024 with Chowgule Sports Club (D Division)
