Tried on my college-going daughter’s XS dress… and guess what? It FITS! But this isn’t just about size—it’s about never giving up on myself. There were days when progress felt slow, when motivation wavered, but I showed up on my mat every single day. And looking back, I am very grateful for that. Yoga didn’t just transform my body; it built my discipline, my confidence, and my mindset.
Moral of the story? Consistency beats motivation. Don’t wait for the ‘right time’ to start—just begin. Small efforts every day lead to big changes!
