𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞,
So here’s one more 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒚𝒍𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏’𝒔 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒓r.
His name is Sahil, he joined me some time back (long back), when he 1st reached out to me before that he tried all the possible ways and almost all the dieticians and nutritionist he knew or thought could help him.
But apart from putting him on “𝗞𝗲𝘁𝗼” 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 “𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁”.
But 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐦, and he said he never enjoyed the plans.So initially when we connected through Instagram and he asked me for my services.
We discussed hell lot of things before jumping on any plans , I tried my best to understand him as a “𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧” and tried to 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞

Here I am Sharing One of My Client's Transformation.

Most people don’t make progress because they end up getting in their own way and self-sabotaging.
Here’s a common example: you’re doing everything right but your weight isn’t changing or you’re not seeing any visible progress in the mirror.
So what do you do? Probably slash calories further or add in more exercise (or both). Eventually, this becomes too difficult to stick to and you quit.
In the first week of coaching, Reha started freaking out because her weight increased.
She immediately emailed me telling me she wanted to go back to keto because every time she eats carbs her weight spikes.
I explained to her this increase isn’t ‘fat gain’, but simply some minor glycogen and water increase because she’s introduced carbs back into her diet after eating keto for so long.
I then instructed her to look at her waist measurements where she would see that despite the jump in weight, her waist measurements have dropped which meant progress was happening.
She was hesitant but she trusted me and stuck to the plan. The following week, her weight dropped to a new low.
As someone who had only ever used the scale as a metric for progress, this was a revelation for Reha; she calmed down and continued sticking to the plan.

THE LAW OF DETACHMENT
𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐢 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
I will allow myself and those around me the freedom to be as they are.
I will not rigidly impose my idea of how things should be.
𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗯𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀.

Detachment has been the biggest lesson for me in my 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲.
It's something i struggled with a lot because i get attached to people and feelings very easily.
But thanks to all those who came before me and dropped this knowledge in books and writings for me to acquire.
I apply this law in my life through and through.
𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐣𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐚 🗻 𝐜𝐚𝐯𝐞.
It just means that you don't let life control you. That you don't let the matrix fool you.
That you don't let your possessions, your emotions, your surroundings affect your inner peace.
It's keeping in mind that all of this is temporary.
It's about observing this life experience.
It's about not becoming involved.
It's about being flexible in one's opinions and beliefs and flowing with life and all the changes that come with it.

INTO GROWTH.
Growth isn't a straight line.
It's full of up and downs and plateaus.
Some days it's everything you want it to be and more.
Some days it just feels boring.
Some days you just want to get over with it.
Some days it gives you pain.
Some days it makes you happy.
But that's life.
If you're expecting only happiness all the time, if you're expecting for things to go a certain way, then you're fooling yourself.
The pain, the sadness , the horrible experiences that you just wanna forget are all a part of your transformation.
It's all necessary to turn you into something better, stronger and wiser.
it's all a part of your unique journey.
Embrace all the experiences. Your soul chose the human form to experience life in all it's glory.
Don't choose between the experiences.
Just let everything flow.
Nothing lasts.
Everything is changing every second of the day.
Be flexible about your opinions and beliefs.
LET LIFE UNFOLD. GIVE UP THE CONTROL. BREATHE. BE HERE NOW. ENJOY.

From the past 1 year, I am trying to pull everything as hard as I can in my favour. Whether it's Personal or Professional Life, Had Worst Setbacks, Got dishearten very easily and left the things Without Closer.
And Trust me I try hard to do what I love, but I am clueless why I am not taking the efforts of doing them and closing them in a right way.
I had beautifully planned targets before the Start of 2019.
