It’s about the Runner - It’s about the Courage - It’s about the CHALLANGE LA Ultra – 333 km, carrying years of preparation, belief, and purpose…
and had to stop because my body couldn’t go on.
Something happened during and have to end the race.
But it didn’t end the journey.
This is a story of failure, silence, self-doubt, and acceptance.
Of standing alone in the mountains, questioning everything.
And then choosing to rise—stronger, wiser, tougher.
Toughened by Life is not about finishing 333 km.
It’s about what happens when you don’t finish… and still refuse to quit life, sport, or yourself.

Kickstarting the new year, with Badwater 267 Virtual Run! 🏃♂️ 💪
Every year, organizes a virtual run where, from Jan 1st to Jan 31st, one must run 267 miles. I have been participating in the event for a while now. And I can surely vouch that this is the finest start of the year a Marathon enthusiast can have. Cheers! 🍻

Another one, done! Another one I have grown through. 🌿
And this year, it was all the more special. 🫶
The Border Run is a tribute to those warriors who relentlessly set their feet on the borders to keep us safe. While no amount of salutes will be enough to justify their efforts, as runners, this is how we hail them. 🫡
Running in the endless desert of Rajasthan, from Jaisalmer to Laungewala, with fluctuating temperatures of 30°C to 5°C, an overnight chase, and a hundred miles (160 Kms) to cover, I guess it’s known as the Hell Race for a reason. 😈
However, this year, it was not just easy and enjoyable, but also memorable. I had my students running along with me, crushing their goals and unlocking new levels of their personal best. Highlight of the race was the time I spent with them on the course, motivating them to cross that finish line and feel the runners high. 😎
This, in turn, also made it easy for me to reach my destination. Sure, there were moments in the race that were daunting. Sure, there were times when my mind was not my friend. But knowing that my loved ones are waiting for me at the finish line kept me going. And finally, after 27 hours, that moment came, where I saw my lovely wife and friends, waving at me with bright smiles as I concluded the race. 🥰
The joy of finishing another edition of this race and the pride in knowing that the hard work of my students paid off has given me the courage to combat all the upcoming challenges. 💪
