Most of the time ,we struggle to find perfection, but in that attempt we forget to connect us with our self. Our mind gets busy in implementing the instructions to achieve a particular asana. But the moment you start enjoying your effort, being free & focusing on your breath, you will find that you are already free and perfect. Because that's your true nature and the real you. So no perfection is going to be attained :)

Eagle pose or Garudasana is named after the divine bird Garuda who was lord Vishnu’s carrier. Our Purana says that Garuda had risked his life through deadly obstacles to save his mother. This act resembles our life where we pass through obstacles to do our duties. Garudasana is a tribute to lord Garuda as it demonstrates the Garuda in us by strengthening our muscles and improving balance.

Million thanks to Youngistaan for giving us the opportunity to conduct a Yoga session for the kids of Jubilee Hills Slum. Today we realized that every kid has got some hidden talent and that is not dependent on their caste, creed and background. This one hour session has brought out a lot of Happy Faces which is priceless.
