A focussed group of about 10 participants learning and practicing Pranayam & Meditation. Most of them attended the
earlier Meditation Sessions through February and are continuing into the 2nd month. They firmly believe that doing a couple of practices daily is more beneficial than doing multiple practices sporadically or inconsistently.

Just had the privilege to conduct a two day (4 session) Hatha Yoga workshop along with my co-teacher Nikita Mandalia at Dahisar East. We taught the ancient yogic practices of Surya Kriya & Surya Shakti.

There were 14 participants in all for the sessions - they were so receptive and attentive lapping up all the instructions that were given to them. At the end of the four sessions, having diligently learnt the two practices, one could truly see a transformation starting to take place in the participants. The practices are so powerful such that if one were to do them daily, their lives would be truly transformed.

This was all possible only because of Sadhguru's grace and Isha Foundation and it's volunteers who lent us support in reaching out to the participants.

Thank you very much all for your love and blessings. Hoping to do many more such workshops in the near future and helping to touch and transform lives along the way.

Did a 1 hour 15 minute corporate yoga session for a friend / student of mine and her colleagues on the occasion of International Women's Day.

We did a few simple but powerful physical practices to relax the neck & shoulder muscles, and open up the joints in the pelvic area. Along with this, we did a pranayama and meditation to balance the energy channels and bring peace and calm
