Surface Motivation vs Deep Motivation

Everyone Need a Motivation To Do Any Task. So That This work Can Be Done In A Given Time.

But In This Fitness Journey Is Totally Different We Require Dedication More Than Motivation Here.

Because Motivation Is A Phase , Dedication Will Be A Game Changer For This Journey.

And Here We Are Going To Discuss About "Surface Motivation "And "Deep Motivation" And What Exactly We Require In This Journey To Stay Focus.

What Is Surface Motivation?

You Want To Change Your Body Composition Because What You Look In The Mirror That You Don't like At All.

Everyone looks Good in Clothes But Very Few People look Amazing When They Are Without Clothes And This Is A Bitter Truth And We Have To Accept It.

Every Men Wants Six Pack Abs And Every Women Loves To Be Slim.

Everyone Wants To look like Someone Else, Very Few People loves There Own Physique.Everyones look Their Dream Body In Someone Else.

And We Can't Achieve A Same Body Just like Someone Achieved.Because All Bodies Structure Are Exactly Same But Work Differently From Inside Internal Metabolic System Functions Are Not The Same Due To Work Profile , Genetic , Diet , Exercise And Many Factors.

Just Like Computer Screen Is Same But Motherboard Work Differently Due to All Update Feature Are Install In It.

So Don't Disrespect Your Own Body In Chasing Someone , You Will Reach No Where And lose Your Motivation.

love Your Body Despite Of All Odds, Because At The End Feeling Good From Inside Is More Important Than looking Great Physically.

If You Hope To Win With Imagination, Then Defeat Will Be Sure.

This All Which I Discussed Above Is Just Surface Motivation For Me.

And I Don't Want You To Start Your Journey On This Basis.

This Is One Such Destination, Whom We Cannot Achieve in 90, 180 or 365 Days
We Will Have To Be Ready To Go On This Journey For Ages.To Maintain Are Fitness For lifetime, It's Important What We will Achieve These Days.

As Far As We Know That Fitness Is Rented And We Have To Pay Our Rent Everyday.

And It's Very True , We Agree Or Disagree Doesn't Matter.

So To Go A long Way, It Is Very Important To Have A Strong Reason And We Have To Improve Ourselves Every day Just With One Percent Without Comparing To Anyone.

We Are Working For Wellness, Not Just Fitness And For This It Is Very Important To Have Deep Motivation.

What Does Deep Motivation Means?

According to me!

Voice Should Come From Inside.
To Do Any Task Which Have To do
No Matter How Many Obstacles Are There In That Work, But Have To Complete At Any Cost.

So How Do We Apply It Here?
And How Will It Work?

Think About What You Can Achieve, By Connecting Deeply With Yourself
Not Just Fitness , But You Will Reach Closer To Wellness. Fitness Is Just A Part Of It!

What Is Wellness?

Wellness Encompasses 8 Mutually Interdependent Dimensions: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Vocational, Financial, And Environmental.

We Should Not Only Think About Fatloss And Muscle Gain But Also Towards Wellness.

We Are Seeing Now A Days Young People Are Suffering More From Lifestyle Diseases
Such As Heart Attack, Diabetes, Stroke, Obesity, Blood pressure , Joints Pains, Hormonal Imbalance etc.

Because Physical Activity Is Completely Reduced.

Stress level keeps increasing.

Diet Is Not Good, So Adequate Nutrition Is Not Available In The Food.

Back Pain Has Started.

Due To Work Pressure , Stress Can't even Breathe Well.

Cardio Output Is Reduced, Lungs is Not Functioning At Optimum level.

We Are Closer to Osteoporosis & Slip Disc Bcoz The Pain Which We Are Having Today At All The Joints Is Due To Connective Muscles Around That Vertebrate Are losing Their strength And The Synofluids Around Knee Joints.

The Speed Of Blood Circulation is Reduced Due to Pressure At Heart Because Know It's Work Even More For That Unwanted Fat Which You Are Carrying On Your Body And It's Even Impact On Your Joints And Reducing The level Of Oxygen Inside You, So Even You Feel Breathless Sometimes Due To Cholesterol level Increase.

I Have Not Said Anything Here To Scare You.

All This Is True If You Do Not Pay Attention To Your Health Today ,Then The Situation Will Be Even Danger Than This In Future.

This Is Real Deep Motivation And I Cannot Give You Any More Motivation Than This?

And This Is What We Need.

Can We Stop This Result, Is There Any Solution?

Yes We Can.

Start Focusing On Your Fitness, On Your Nutrition And On Your Rest From Today Itself.

This Is The Real Solution, Nothing Else.

So Before The Doctor Asked You To Pay Attention, You Should Pay Attention To Yourself.

Too much time in front of screens is deadly
β€œNature deprivation,” a lack of time in the natural world, largely due to hours spent in front of TV or computer screens, has been associated, unsurprisingly, with depression. More unexpected are studies by Weinstein and others that associate screen time with loss of empathy and lack of altruism.

And the risks are even higher than depression and isolation. In a 2011 study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, time in front of a screen was associated with a higher risk of death, and that was independent of physical activity!

NO ONE CAN JUST DREAM AND BECOME A BODYBUILDER OVERNITE.IT TAKES LONG TERM EFFORTS DISCIPLINE ,TRANING AND PROPER NUTRITION CONSISTENTLY THROUGHOUT THE JOURNEY. BODYBUILDER ARE VERY DISCIPLINED PERSON AND THEY ARE DEDICATED TOWARDS THERE SPORTS SO THE PEOPLE WHO THINK JUST BY POPING A PILL OR TAKING A STEROID HE CAN A MAKE PHYSIQUE LIKE A HIM ,IT'S QUITE IMPOSSIBLE TO ACHIEVE A BODY LIKE THEY HAVE WITHOUT PASSION , DEDICATION AND LOVE FOR BODYBUILDING.
