This video just unlocked a 13-year-old memory—back when “going viral” meant catching a cold, not getting millions of views!

After a long day at work, this was our version of stress management. No wellness apps, no mindfulness sessions, no reels… just a crazy bunch of colleagues, unlimited laughter, and zero concern about who was recording.

Looking back, I think we accidentally built the best employee engagement program without even knowing it.
