Training Session with International Qualified Coach
In Post natal training we need to work on very basic things like breathing exercises, core strengthening with very basic movements , body and muscles mobility & balancing etc.
Don't rush to a hard-core workout or cardio or intense training format just for the sake of Fatloss.
In the Postnatal case basic movements also feel very challenging to them, so remember only to motivate them to do more but don't force them to do fancy exercise.
