For last many years I have been trying to provide world class and holistic fitness services to my clients. I have been working on defining a new training methodology which is a fusion of Yoga and Calisthenics.
Very soon I will be relaunching my services as YO Fitness studio which will provide a modern, holistic and customized fitness services.
