It was inspiring to witness such enthusiasm and commitment towards health, wellbeing, and inner balance among those who dedicate their lives to serving the nation.

A heartfelt gratitude to all the participants and organizers for making this session a memorable experience.

✨ Yesterday, I had the privilege of conducting an 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 session for the 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗔𝗗 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲, 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗽𝘂𝗿.


During the session, I guided the students through:

🎶 Nada Yoga
👁 Shambhavi Mudra
🧠 Miracle of Mind practice

We concluded with an engaging 𝗤&𝗔 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, where the students’ curiosity and openness made it even more enriching.
