2018 i took a stand and raised my voice to tell people the difference between slim/fat body and an healthy/unhealthy body , to tell people that FITNESS does not depend on your outer body structure but fitness means being healthy from within, living a life without any health issues without diseases is FITNESS. I worked under somebody and got good response and that is what pushed me to start up my own studio and finally people have started understanding my point in life
After starting up this insane studio
ā¢I have seen people enjoying workouts and not treating it as punishment, people loving various workouts while interacting
ā¢I have seen New bonds forming
ā¢Introverts turning out to be front row divaās
ā¢ I have seen new groups forming
ā¢I have seen depressed people finally smiling from within
ā¢ I have seen people getting rid of joint pain
ā¢I have seen people understanding the value of nutrition
ā¢ I have seen pcod/pcos people finally getting periods without medication
ā¢I have seen people with uric acid issues finally jumping without pain
ā¢I have seen diabetic people getting off insulin,
ā¢ I have seen people whoās weight are stuck on plateau form finally losing,
People losing 3,5,8,10 kgs
ā¢I have seen people sweating, crying,crawling,dancing,smiling,enjoying, glowing
ā¢But the besttt has been i have helped them grow and brought a change in their view, and have put them on a positive track, i love motivating them,inspiring them, crazyyyyyy dancing with them
6 monthās ddown the lane and im sooo close to my half century, yes i have helped 48 CLIENTS till now and together we all promise to make this world a positive,motivated and a healthy place to live in!

Paneer steak
500g of paneer, garlic, peppercorns,salt, paprika powder, oregano, chilliflakes, thyme, parsley,mint
Put all these dry ingredients into english mustard or yoghurt and marinate your paneer
Let it set for 30 mins then grill and enjoy
Add a few drops of lemon before serving to enhance the taste
This easy recipe will give you good taste and a goood amount of proteinšŖš»
Remember to plate decoratively because food is firstly eaten by eyesā¤ļø
