o Maintain Assets [Laptop & Mobile set] Detail _PAN India.
o Doing Induction & Orientation Program +Review Meeting.
o FNF Processing with NOC.
o Processing for Advance & Loan.- Calculation Compliances
o Guideline To HR TEAM that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment.
o Working on Tracking Application, ERP & SAP.
o POLICY ( HR policy + account and finance policy +conflict of interest policy +sexual harassment policy + gender policy
o Formats ( contract letter, notice period letter , memo , experience certificate ,acceptance of resignation ,annual report , salary certificate )
o Admin Activity Detail
o Generalist Profile + Check List
o HRP + HRD + HRM + Retention
