Devaduuta Panna Asana ie Fallen Angel Pose. It is an advanced variation of Parsva Bakasana ie Side Crow Pose(equally challenging), where the head is brought to the floor and the legs are lifted. The name is derived from the Sanskrit devaduuta, meaning "angel"; panna, meaning "fallen," and asana, meaning "pose.
Core strengthening builds stability, improves posture, and reduces back pain by targeting muscles in the abdomen, back, hips, and pelvis. Key exercises include planks, bird-dogs, bridges, and crunches, which can be tailored from beginner to advanced levels. Consistent training enhances functional strength for daily activities.

Virabhadrasana II is a foundational standing yoga pose that builds strength, focus, and stability.
This pose strengthens the ankles, calves, legs, core, shoulders, and arms muscles. It stretches the ankles, opens the hips and chest, and builds strength in the knee-joint. Further more it improves concentration, circulation, balance, and energizes the body.
