Climbing Walls that live long & serve proudly❤️
In 2016, we got the opportunity to build the boulder for the first ever IFSC world cup in India, hosted by Girivihar.
With a passionate spirit of developing the community, the wall was renovated & opened as a climbing center, which is ABSOLUTELY FREE for everyone!!
We would like to thank Girivihar for their commendable efforts in harnessing the growth of the climbing community.
More power to you 💪🤝
PS - If you are in Mumbai, you're most welcome to climb this beauty❤️🤙

Dear Members,
If you recall, Girivihar organized a tremendous fund-raising drive to Bring the Wall Home in 2016 for the IFSC (International Federation of Sports Climbing) World Cup Bouldering in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. This were essentially supported by our Donors and Tata Trusts, without whom we would not have been able to present that event, along with a repeat in 2017.
One of the mandates that we had put forth was that these walls would be used to give back to the local community. In our small world of climbing that typically means making the sport accessible to the public.
Unable to find any facility since then, equipment have been in storage. In 2019 finally two climbing walls were built at IIT Powai & YMCA Colaba.
We now have successfully built a third wall in Nerul with help from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC). They has given tremendous support and have built a covered structure in a public park roughly five minutes walk from Nerul railway station.
In addition to its convenient location, the climbing facility will be free for all. One of the rare projects where the public trust has worked with the Municipal corporation to bring it to one and all...
When officially commissioned, the Nerul facility will likely be the only IFSC standard Bouldering World Cup wall in India.
This will be our dream come true, a closure of promise that we made to our Donors, and perhaps a new beginning for the citizens.
With great joy and gratitude, we invite you to the inauguration scheduled on 7th March.

The organisation of this event was brilliant and the crowd were insane! So loud and so passionate! It was amazing to see so many people had come out to watch despite the pouring rain!
