Earlier used to get panic attacks and had faced anxiety problems
She joined me for beginners round freestyle stroke.She also tried to learn thrice earlier with other trainers but failed.For some reasons she could not find herself comfortable during the learning process and decided to quit on the 2nd day with me too.
Then I had to convince her and changed her stroke to backstroke on 3rd day.
Today she finished her 8th and last session with flying colours.She understands and implements all the technicalities of the stroke now.But finesse, stamina and more confidence will come with continuous practice.
Which I am sure she will do and will soon join me for Freestyle stroke learning again.

Training of a 3-year-old: Acclimatization to water is more vital than techniques at this age. Before understanding aquatic movement, it's essential to utilize their natural instincts and motions in water. I delight in instructing children of this age group.

His name is Aarav Narayan katkam, 10yrs old.He learnt 3 strokes from me including all drills.His strength, confidence and focus made him clear the LAP test of Olympic pool by swimming 50mtr×2 rounds non stop.His first test of life.Now I am very sure his sincere practice and perseverance will definitely make him participate in many competitions and will win too.
