However, due to work commitments, I couldn’t maintain a regular gym schedule, and my weight crept back up to my original level. In Nov, full-body checkup revealed some alarming results. I was shocked and deeply concerned about my health. He helped me establish a disciplined routine: waking up early, hitting the gym, and maintaining a clean, protein-rich diet while cutting out sugar and excess carbs. Over time, I began to feel more energetic, my confidence grew, and my health steadily improved. Now, on January 9, 2025, just 1 month and 8 days later, I’ve dropped to 96 kg—a 15 kg loss! My health reports have normalized, and I feel like a completely transformed person. My goal is to reach 88 kg, and with the unwavering support of Yuvraj Sir , I’m confident I’ll achieve it soon.
