Yoga In Gym After A Very Long Time....

Posing in Rajkapotasana and I struggled alot to get here..

Requires good shoulder mobility alongwith backbending.

Just want to say one thing that this could be icing on the cake for someone but not for everybody. Just like that try everything but just listen to your body always. Things take time just keep trying and for fun watch this video till end🐱.


This ancient yogic practice is perfect to get rid of those mild Headaches and Relieves Sinusitis. In addition to this get Glowing Skin.

Not to practice on Acne prone areas.
In Summers twice a week is enough.
You can practice everyday in winters.
Repeat every step with mild pressure for 5-10 times.
We use Desi Ghee in traditional technique but you can use Water/Aloe vera gel or any moisturizer.

Yoga For Lower Back Pain, Slipped Disk and Disk Herniation

Lower Back Pain appears generally due to bad sitting posture but has numerous other causes too.
These are two most simple practices from yoga to help with this problem.
Hold every Strech for 30-60 second.
Rest is necessary for the same length of time.
Avoid in condition of pregnancy.

Do let me know if having any query regarding this.


Constipation is the root cause of many disease.
Here's in the video I tried to show the most proved yogic techniques to get relief from constipation.

Points to be remember

1. Take care of alignment.

2. Perform all three Asanas everyday in the morning after drinking two glasses of water.

3. Make it a daily routine until you sorted out.

4.Three sets of these Asanas are good to go.

5. Try to stay well hydrated and add enough roughage in your meal.

💮How To Kapalbhati💮

Sit in any meditative posture.

Close the eyes and relax the whole body.

Inhale deeply through both nostrils, expand the chest.

Expel the breath with forceful contractions of the abdominal muscles and relax.

Do not strain.

Continue active/forceful exhalation and passive inhalation.

Complete 30 rapid breaths, then take a deep breath and exhale slowly.

This is one round of Kapalabhati.

Each round shall be followed by deep breathing.

Repeat 2 more rounds.

💡Breathing :Forceful exhalation by contracting the abdominal muscles, without any undue movements in the chest and shoulder region. Inhalation should be passive throughout the practice.

💡Number of rounds: Beginners can practice up to 3 rounds of 20 breaths each. The count and rounds can be increased gradually over a period of time.


💡Kapalabhati purifies the frontal air sinuses; helps to overcome cough disorders.

💡It is useful in treating cold, rhinitis, sinusitis, asthma and bronchial infections.

💡It rejuvenates whole body, and keeps the face young and vibrant.

💡It balances and strengthens the nervous system and tones up the digestive system.


Please avoid this practice in case of
1. Cardiac conditions and high blood pressure
2. Vertigo, chronic bleeding in the nose, Migraine, Stroke, Hernia and Gastric ulcers.
3. During Pregnancy

💡If Practised late at night, it can prevent sleep.
