We live in the same house. Scroll on the same couch. Yet feel miles apart.
Bonding doesn’t happen by talking more. It happens by moving together.
When bodies move, hierarchies soften. Breath syncs. Silence becomes safe again.
Bonding Runs are guided movement journeys for partners, parents & children, siblings, friends.
No pace. No pressure. No performance.
This is not a race. It’s a pause.
Bonding. With those who matter.

“You really have created the world’s finest masterpiece of ultra-running.”
Those words came from Mark Steven Woolley. A PhD academic. A teacher of Physics and Theory of Knowledge. An adventurer. An ultra-runner.
Across five editions of La Ultra - The High, Mark covered 1,316 kilometres in the Indian Himalayas, including multiple returns to the 333 km. He knew endurance at its extremes.
But what stayed with him wasn’t distance. It was this realisation: running is never individual.
The runner only puts a pair of legs out there. Everything else is carried by people.
Layers of care. Quiet vigilance. Holding space when things unravel.
Since 2010, La Ultra has lived this philosophy. Care before performance. Presence before protocols.
Bonding Runs are not a departure from that truth. They are its distillation.
Bonding Runs begin here.
And if any part of this stayed with you, we’re always open to a conversation. DMs are open.

Ravitej, Vijay, Ajay, Krishna & gps kick started the 69 Bonding Crawl-Walk-Run in Bengaluru. They were at it for over 💯 minutes. Speed & distance doesn’t matter, since it’s about Crawl-Walk-Run. It’s about connecting & bonding while we listen, talk and feel. It’s about self-transcendence.

Starting this Sunday, we kickstart start La Ultra - The High’s ‘Bonding Crawl-Walk-Run’ series, where the intent is to help to connect with their loved & with themselves, because in today’s fast paced noisy world, we don’t tend to listen. It’ll be 3 hrs of connecting. It doesn’t matter what speed you move at. We’ll go up and down between US & Canadian embassy on Nyaya Marg, a distance of 1 km, motivating each other.
It’s meditation in motion, inspired by Sri Chinmoy Self-Transcendence 3,100 mile / 4,989 km (yep, you read that right)race in New York. I’ve had the good fortune of meeting the organizers, phenomenal folks.
As last few slides show, we have been getting people to move, making them Crawl-Walk-Run, helping them become their better versions, by becoming their best friends, by bonding with their loved ones.
But to connect, disconnect from the digital world at least for those 3 hrs. Leave your phones in the car, and definitely don’t listen to music.
When: 26th Oct, Sunday
Reporting location: NDMC Parking at Malcha Marg
Reporting Time: 6:06 am
Time: 6:30 am - 9:30 am
Entry fee: Free, no registration, but respond to this message

Fifteen years ago, experts scoffed at the idea of running 222 kilometers through Ladakh, a journey that would include conquering the supposedly impassable Khardung La. Undeterred, I rallied a band of like-minded adventurers to not only attempt this feat but to double down, crossing two of the region’s highest mountain passes.
As more and more runners defied the odds, we pushed the limits further, extending the race to 333 kilometers with three towering peaks to overcome. Driven by a thirst for discovery, we conceived of the ultimate test: a 555-kilometer odyssey across five Himalayan giants. Would anyone finish? Could anyone finish? Find out in Moving Mountains Within, a film documenting the epic journey of La Ultra - The High, now streaming on Jio Cinema.
