Delhi Falcons Cricket continuing their aggressive brand of cricket emerged victorious by 29 runs in a high scoring contest.

Anas, with his unorthodox range of scoring areas, scored a blistering 96 runs of 42 balls and was unlucky to miss out on a well deserved century. Apoorv continuing his rich vein of form scored a rapid 55 runs of just 34 balls.

Opposition threatened at the start with an opening stand of 90 runs in 7 overs. But Falcons like the last few matches found a new performer in Ashish Pandita who returned with the spell of 3/19 in 4 overs and completely detailed the chase.

Delhi Falcons Cricket winning juggernaut stretched to 14th consecutive match (with 1 tie in between) with a comfortable 7 wicket win over Boomslangs.

Falcons winning the toss and putting opposition in had a dream start with Kaustubh setting the tone by picking 2 wickets of first two ball of the innings before adding 2 more in the death overs. Prasoon, though with an injured back, was too hot to handle for the opposition middle order in his 3 over burst.

Apoorv Srivastava and Ashish Pandita made a mockery of the chase with a 123 run partnership in mere 73 balls.

Delhi Falcons Cricket recorded their 10th successive win, with easily defending their set total of 220 runs. Innings foundation was laid by Ashu and Ankur with an opening stand of 66 runs in first 7 overs. Nitin Bhat arriving in 8th over, made a mockery of a hapless opposition bowling in the next 12 overs and was extremely unlucky to miss out on a well deserved century. He remained unbeaten at 97*(42) and was ably supported by Ankur Sharma who played his usual anchor role by scoring 58 runs in a partnership of 159 runs.

Falcons bowlers discipline and persistence made sure LVCC XI were never in the hunt.
