Athletes dying is a tragic reality that we have seen time and time again. And while each case is unique, there are some key points that we can look at to understand why this happens.
Firstly, many athletes push their bodies to the limit. They train hard, play hard, and sometimes ignore warning signs that their bodies are in trouble. This can lead to serious injuries, like concussions or heart problems, that can ultimately be fatal.
Secondly, some athletes turn to performance-enhancing drugs to gain an edge. These drugs can have serious side effects on the body, including damage to the heart and other vital organs. And while these drugs may help athletes perform better in the short term, they can have devastating long-term consequences.
Thirdly, some athletes suffer from mental health issues that can contribute to their deaths. The pressure to perform at a high level, combined with the scrutiny of the media and fans, can take a toll on an athlete's mental health. And if they don't receive the support they need, they may turn to drugs or other harmful behaviors to cope.
It's important to remember that athletes are human beings too. They may be in great physical shape, but they still face the same challenges and struggles as the rest of us. And when they die, it's a reminder that even the strongest among us are not invincible.
So let's honor the memory of those athletes who have passed away by taking care of ourselves and each other. Let's listen to our bodies when they tell us something is wrong, let's reject the use of performance-enhancing drugs, and let's support those who may be struggling with mental health issues. By doing so, we can help prevent future tragedies and ensure that athletes are able to enjoy long and healthy lives both on and off the field.

Hey runners, today we're talking about the benefits of planking for your running performance.
First off, planking is a great exercise for strengthening your core muscles. A strong core can help you maintain proper running form, which can decrease your risk of injury and improve your overall efficiency.
But that's not all, planking also helps to improve your balance and stability. This is especially important for trail runners or those who encounter uneven terrain during their runs.
Another benefit of planking is that it can help to prevent back pain. When you plank, you engage your back muscles which can help to alleviate any tension or discomfort.
Lastly, planking can also help to increase your overall endurance. By strengthening your core and improving your balance, you'll be able to maintain proper form for longer periods of time, allowing you to run further and faster.
So how do you incorporate planking into your routine? Start by holding a plank for 30 seconds and gradually increase the time as you get stronger. You can also try different variations of planks such as side planks or plank jacks to keep things interesting.
In summary, planking is a simple yet effective exercise that can have a big impact on your running performance. By strengthening your core, improving your balance and stability, preventing back pain, and increasing your endurance, you'll be able to take your running to the next level. Give it a try and let me know how it goes in the comments below! Happy Running:)

Best of luck to all runners, who will be running tomorrow on the roads of Mumbai. YOU
Some till who will help you to Fly in Mumbai
1} Since you have completed all of the training, so now please feel good about yourself and don't dwell on what you could have done differently to perform better in the race. Instead, stay optimistic and run with a positive approach called "Marathon is little".
2} Please don't try the new shoe, kit, or shirt (given by the race organizers) for the race tomorrow, primarily for the Marathon, and make sure your racing kit is ready with your bib number and energy bar (if you are used to). Use Nip Guards to prevent your ni***es from chafing from rubbing singlet, if you have a chafing problem.
3} To ensure that you have enough energy for a successful race, try to eat an early dinner that includes a fair amount of carbohydrates and stay hydrated. This will help you get a good night's sleep the night before the race.
4} Make an effort to rise early and eat breakfast (which you normally take during training days), such as toast and bananas, an hour before the race to replenish energy.
5} The start of a race usually causes a lot of excitement, but now is the moment to remain composed and follow your strategy. Your body will start to move at racing speed at the 5 km mark, so make sure you don't skip any water stops and remember to keep your throat moist during the Not only does our body require water to be hydrated, but it also becomes difficult for us to breathe due to our parched tongue and throat.
6) As Mumbai is gonna be hot please put on dry fit clothing along with lightweight running shoes in which you have done some practice.
7) Try to walk less and rest more, cos tomorrow we have a big day waiting for you and we need fresh legs tomorrow.

"LATE POST"
DAY 5
It looks unachievable until you reach the goal in mind.
However, to do that, you must be surrounded by the proper people—those who truly mean it when they say they love you from the bottom of their hearts.
They are the ones who, because they genuinely believe in you, applaud you before you even complete what you are doing.
Although you feel like you have nothing left in you, the knowledge that you have individuals like them in your life already gives you superpowers. At that point, the impossibly possible happens.
