How would your impact enterprise use $100,000 to scale your impact?


Applications are now open for the 2021-2022 Fred Morgan Kirby Prize for Scaling Social Impact, an annual global prize of $100,000 in unrestricted funds that amplify and accelerate the work of enterprises working to scale their impact on social or environmental problems around the world. Enterprises with at least 3 years of impact evidence, an annual operating budget of at least $250,000, a robust non-discrimination policy, and a strong scaling plan are invited to apply by August 20. The Selection Committee will review the first 250 applications received.

United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) is currently seeking applications from eligible applicants for the post of Corporate Partnerships Specialist.

- Minimum 5 years progressively responsible professional work experience in corporate fundraising, commercial or non-commercial account Management, or marketing, of which a minimum of 2 year's in an international context, is required.
- Proven experience of working across teams to manage complex partnerships and/or campaigns and the ability to influence buy-in for the resources needed to execute partnerships is highly desirable.
- Experience of working within corporate fundraising in an international organization is an asset.

Tom Ford Plastic Innovation Prize: Call for Innovative Alternatives to Thin-Film Plastic

Digital Utilities Innovation Fund I Mobile for Development I GSMA

The GSMA is looking for start-ups, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and social enterprises in Africa, South or South East Asia. These organizations should be leveraging digital technology to deliver urban services with socio-economic, commercial, and environmental impact in the following sectors:

Plastic and Waste Management;
Water;
Energy; and
Sanitation.

Successful projects for The GSMA Innovation Fund for Digital Urban Services will receive an equity-free grant of between £100,000 and £250,000 to scale their innovation over a 15- to 18-month period. The Minor Foundation for Major Challenges supports advocates of climate change mitigation. The Foundation provides funding to communication projects which advance the transition to a low carbon economy. Proposals should focus on influencing public opinions, providing inspiration, changing attitudes, spreading information, etc.

The Foundation welcomes applications for large grants from all over the world. MFMC funding is typically in the range of €20 thousand to €200 thousand, although larger projects may be considered.
