Mount Cricket Club (MCC) continued their winning streak with an 18-run victory over Rann Star Cricket Club in an exciting clash of the XIth Sahibzada Zorawar Singh & Sahibzada Fateh Singh T20 Cricket Tournament - 2025.

Batting first, MCC put up an impressive total of 187/8 in 20 overs. Yugal Saini led the charge with a brilliant 87 off 61 balls, well-supported by Pranav Rajvanshi’s quick 38 off 20 balls and Dipesh Balyan’s 14 off 7 balls. For Rann Star, Aman Alvi shone with the ball, taking 4/38 in his 4-over spell, while Shubham Dubey claimed 3/35.

In response, Rann Star Cricket Club fought valiantly but fell short, scoring 169/7 in their 20 overs. Vineet Dhankhar top-scored with 38 off 23 balls, with contributions from Anmol (27 off 20) and Keshav (23 off 15). Saksham Gahlot starred with the ball for MCC, picking 3/31, while Vishal Rai (2/32) and Abhishek (1/37) provided crucial support.

Mount Cricket Club (MCC) made a roaring start to their campaign in the 3rd Sunil Jain All India Memorial Cricket Tournament 2025, clinching a thrilling 11-run victory over Pelican Cricket Club in their opening match.

🏏 Mayank’s Heroics Propel MCC to 266
After losing the toss and being put to bat, MCC’s batting unit rose to the occasion, led by a magnificent 97-run knock from Mayank (80 balls). Pranav Rajvanshi (72 off 69 balls) provided stability, while Maanas Joshi (26 off 13 balls) added fireworks at the end.

Pelican’s Uday Verdi Jain was the standout bowler, claiming a brilliant five-wicket haul (5/41 in 7.2 overs). Saksham Tyagi (2/42) and Arnav Tanwar (2/36) also chipped in, but MCC managed a competitive 266/10 in 39.2 overs.

🔥 Pelican’s Chase Falls Short
Chasing 267, Pelican Cricket Club put up a valiant fight, with Ibrahim (41 off 45 balls) and Uday Verdi Jain (31 off 31 balls) leading the charge. Samarth Aswal (27 off 9 balls) played a quick-fire knock, but MCC’s bowlers held their nerve under pressure.

New Delhi, 14th February 2025 - Mount Cricket Club kept the show going for themselves in the XIth Sahibzada Zorawar Singh & Sahibzada Fateh Singh T20 Cricket Tournament - 2025 as they completed yet another victory, defeating Yorks Ravindra Cricket Club by 6 wickets in a thrilling encounter.

Yorks Ravindra Cricket Club's Competitive Total
Yorks Ravindra CC set up 141 runs at a cost of 9 wickets in 20 overs after winning the toss and opting to bat. When Siddhant Sharma (31 of 31), Kartikey Rana (29 of 13), and Vansh Bedi (27 of 9) all struck superb cameos, Mount Cricket Club's disciplined bowling kept them from posting a more substantial total.

Maanas Joshi of Mount Cricket Club was indeed the star performer with the ball as he ended up with 4-wicket haul for 34 runs in his 4-over spell. He was well backed up by Saksham Gahlot (1/21 in 4 overs) and Piyush (1/32 in 4 overs), who kept the opposition at bay.

Chasing a target of 142 runs, Mount Cricket Club achieved the target in just 15 overs, scoring 142 runs at a loss of 4 wickets. The match-winning innings for Mount Cricket Club was played by Dipesh Balyan, who scored 69 runs off 44 balls. Pranav Rajvanshi supported him well, adding 28 runs from 20 balls, and Srvesh Rohilla made 14 runs off 7 balls.

Even though Shubham Singh doted down a few nails into the coffin with figures of 2/33 in 4 overs, while Aman Chaudhary ended with (1/32 in 4 overs), Mount Cricket Club cruised through the chase to seal another impressive win.

Himmat Singh was the top scorer for Carpediem India with 36 off 22 balls, while Piyush led the bowling attack with 3 wickets for 15 runs in 4 overs. Vishal Rai and Saksham Gahlot also contributed with two wickets each.

In response, Mount Cricket Club chased down the target with ease, reaching 136/4 in 17.1 overs. A***n Kapoor stole the show with a blistering 56 off 28 balls, supported by Yamit Sehrawat’s 28 off 39 and Dipesh Balyan’s quick 22 off 14.
