Today's Practice felt tough 💪.

After almost 2 years, with 24 kg X 1 (Sn**ch, 5 Min), my RPM was under 20 so I did 92 Reps but, the good thing is this number wasn't a 0.

DO SOMETHING INSTEAD OF DOING NOTHING.
