A truly magical experience unfolded at Tadoba, where nature was at its most generous. Our guests were incredibly fortunate to witness the majestic tiger not just once, but across two different zones—an unforgettable highlight of the trip.
And it’s messages like these—simple, heartfelt, and full of joy—that make it all so worthwhile. They remind me why I do what I do, turning journeys into meaningful experiences and moments into lifelong memories. Aqua yoga + Tanu’s magical breakfast = happiness unlocked 💦🥗☀️
This morning was a vibe! We floated, stretched, and splashed our way through aqua yoga — equal parts zen and giggles (note to self: water has its own sense of humor 😅).
And then came the real treat — breakfast by Tanu 💚. Think smoothies in rainbow shades, fresh juices (including the most gorgeous carrot-based Morning Sunshine 🥕✨), almond milk cold coffee, and those dreamy mini breakfast jars (chia + almond milk + love). Add to that sourdough toasts with nut butter & banana, and another with cacao spread & fresh blueberries… I mean, who wouldn’t want mornings like this every day?
Healthy never felt this indulgent. Soul full, tummy full, heart full.
Note to self: yoga mats are great, but sometimes the pool and a plate full of goodness are even better!

Feeling deeply grateful today as I read this heartfelt text, who started her yoga journey with me through online one-on-one sessions during a challenging time. When we began in June, Nu was dealing with severe neuropathic pain, muscular stiffness, and was relying on four painkillers daily. Fast forward a couple of months, and she’s now painkiller-free, feeling lighter, stronger, and more at ease both physically and mentally.

“Yoga Gone Wild: When Toddlers and Pets Join the Mat!”
Picture this: You’re sinking into a serene Downward Dog, your breath in perfect harmony with the universe… until your toddler thinks you’re a jungle gym and climbs onto your back. Meanwhile, your dog decides your mat is their mat and sprawls out, wagging their tail in your face mid-Warrior Pose.
It’s yoga, but with added challenges:
• The balance test when a toddler clings to your leg during Tree Pose.
• The Zen endurance as a cat bats your hair in Savasana.
• The flexibility bonus when you’re dodging a toy train mid-Sun Salutation.
Sure, your flow might not be as graceful as usual, but the laughter and cuddles make up for it. Because who needs a perfect yoga pose when you have a toddler giggle and a wagging tail? After all, yoga teaches us to embrace the chaos—and sometimes that chaos has tiny hands and paws!

As millions of women today fast for the health, well-being and long life of their husbands, let’s resolve to do more than fasting.
Encourage him to exercise regularly.
Make sure his meals are healthy, and his nutritional needs are met.
Make sure he gets his health check-up done regularly.
Support him for his mental well-being. Good quality times and conversations go a long way to reducing stress.
Encourage him to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Along with praying for Divine intervention, let’s not leave any stone unturned in ensuring the well-being of our beloved half. And DO NOT forget about the person standing on THIS side of the sieve either – YOU! You are equally important. You must do all these things for yourself too. Women are endowed with more resilience, wisdom and strength to be able to nurture! So, while you take care of your family, make sure that you are in a STATE TO TAKE CARE OF OTHERS.
