There is no such thing as work life balance.It is all life. The balance has to be within you.This is the time of the year to get rid of all the unnecessary things – in your home, your body, mind, emotions – and start life afresh.Get rid of

1)Fear of the future- Take things day by day and don’t feel like you have to have your whole life figured out before the new year starts.

2)The need to be busy-Let go of the need to be busy and embrace self-care to the fullest next year.

3)People on your timeline who drain your energy- If you’re following people who anger you, post too much, make you feel jealous or make you feel negative – unfollow them. If you can go beyond the timeline and cut out negative friendships and relationships , that’s even better.

4)Physical clutter-Get rid of clothes you’ve never worn, declutter your home, and create a peaceful space around you.

5)Fear that you won’t be successful-Use the time before the new year to reflect on the thoughts you have about yourself and your abilities. Your mindset plays a huge role in your success (whatever success means to you) so make this next year the year of believing in yourself.

6)Lack of self-discipline-Without self-discipline, you risk getting distracted by everything. If you have the ability to do what you say you’ll do and stay focused, you’ll be a force to be reckoned with.

7) The need to be in control-Accept that you cannot control the circumstances of your life, but you CAN control your reactions to the circumstances.So avoid wasting your energy on trying to control everything.

8) FROGS YOU HAVEN’T EATEN IN-
When you keep putting yucky tasks off, they keep piling up, and it can be tough to know where to start. One strategy is to focus on one area at a time and work your way through the clutter systematically.

There’s a book on this topic, which refers to a famous Mark Twain quote:

“If it’s your job to eat a frog, it’s best to do it first thing in the morning. And If it’s your job to eat two frogs, it’s best to eat the biggest one first.”

9)TOXIC RELATIONSHIPS-It’s time to cut the cord.Fill your time with positive people who support and encourage you and nurture those relationships.

10)SAYING YES TO EVERYTHING-Don’t feel bad about saying No because you’re allowed to prioritize your time and energy. If you don’t have the time, money or energy to commit to an event, activity or person, it’s best to be upfront and honest about that than future's unpleasant situation where either you or your family suffers because of "Yes".

11)GRUDGES- Resentments and grudges will prevent you from growing and progressing in your life.When you can't forgive someone who hurt you, you CAN decide to let go of wrath, anger, and hate and choose to move forward and heal instead.

12)TOO MUCH TIME ON YOUR SMARTPHONE-See if you can reduce your smartphone usage and put that time and energy towards other activities and goals that actually make a difference in your life satisfaction.

13) Let go of people - It's important to not hold onto someone who wants to leave. Untie the knot to move on. Fulfil their wish. If it's difficult then thank God for knowing them and bless them for being part of your life even if it is for short term.

Your body is the only place you have to live in and at the same time you have limited time followed by ageing so live your life, travel as far as possible, meet people from different spheres of life, be passionate, be mindful, resume your hobby/hobbies or develop one, follow your dreams, spend quality time, stay connected with your loved ones, eat healthy, reduce screen time and age gracefully...

You cannot cross the sea merely by standing and staring at the water. So here's my Chunnu Munnus always trying their best. No matter how busy they are they always make sure to prioritise their health. Their other activities revolve around the session and not the other way round so skipping/bunking is rarely seen. Proud of you bahadurs!!! ☺️😍👏🙌

The world revolves around you all... Be it your work or family or kids or managing house or grandkids... Everything so thank you for atleast taking out 12 hours out of 360 hours in 30 days and dedicating that time for your own wellness! Proud of your commitment and dedication .. In spite of your busy schedule you guys have managed to be regular for anything between 2-15 yrs ... Quite impressive! 👍👏👏🙌😍
