If only hard work could take the fitness levels up then why we are still not producing world class athletes big question as we Indians are the most hardworking race but still not there.
Purely on the grounds of destabilised training modules and laidback methodologies we can't make our presence felt as we copy and paste that is actually a social media waste.

Tennis is no more a sport.i have always projected that tennis is much beyond fun.its brutal.

Courtesy lunge with drive to squat drop is another lowerbody routine to kill every edge of quads adductors abductors glutes flexors stabilizing ankles along the lines.
We all know how to train lowerbody .many applicable ways already applied by various coaches but in most of the conventional lowerbody strength exercises mental engagement is only applied during how good your accentrics could be but but but here our actual neuro functional strength is not challenged much leading to imbalances in dynamic movement patterns in Tennis.
Seen above is one training hack out of my training systems i suitably integrate into my training modules when it comes to directly challenge my students to test their neuro strength where mental and physical stability is tested to its max point.
The imbalances created by using the Swiss ball and rigid linear positioning while moving the working leg across the plane is quite taxing for the brain leading to intense gluteus hams quads flexors and calves π₯ firing to the edge.

To create an effective programming is in itself a creative process that requires hell lot of patience and persistence to cater to their personal preferences in terms of the sport they play.
Having been in the coaching life for almost 28 years its still so electrifying to come across such passionate athletes / players that are striving for athletic perfection and attending sessions with utmost dedication.
To design a personal fitness program is purely an art ..you have to be very creative that revolves around improving your mindset too along the lines of training and conditioning.
