Matsyasana / Fish pose:
Fish pose is a reclining back-bending asana in hatha yoga. It is commonly considered a counter-asana to Sarvangasana, or shoulder stand. It stretches the deep hip flexors (psoas) and the muscles (intercostals) between the ribs. It also stretches and stimulates the muscles of the belly and front of the neck.

Inverted L Pose
How to do it:
Reach your arms straight over head with the backs of your hands pressing into the wall. Now imagine inverting your shape — placing your palms where your heels are on the mat and your heels pressing into the wall where the backs of your hands are, making the same “L” shape.
Benefits:
Inversions increase the blood flow to the brain, giving it more oxygen and nutrients and making the brain function faster and better. This improves concentration, memory, observation and boosts clear thinking.
