PBA entered the Chandigarh states tournament in 2021 for the first time and grabbed a total of 12medals with ._dhruv__ & 3each & designator BAI secretary himself felicitated the lads.

We take immense pride in our lads & who have won the following titles in Ambala district badminton championship 2021 from 27th to 29th October respectively- Winner in under 17 Singles, Under 19 singles, Runners up in under 17 doubles and under 19 doubles, Runners up in Mens Singles

l proud to announce our academy student Bhawna Chahal 11years has been awarded with the 'Best Sports Woman' by & our girls have showcased great endurance & speed during relay race, 100metres, 200metres race & were able to fetch many medals in the marathon race
Every sport requires strength in specific muscles however leg muscles remaining constant in all the sports.
Running, foot racing over a variety of distances & courses has been there for eons now. Modern competitive running events ranging form sprints with their emphasis on continuous high speed to grueling long distance marathons requiring great endurance.

Everyone knows how much importance core has but if you're a badminton player having a strong core is a necessity as in badminton all the strokes come from movements in spine & pelvis. Therefore to improve the efficiency on the court, output coordination & cohesion of upper & lower limbs & for injury prevention strengthening of the core muscles is pivotal.
