I used to run 10 kilometers a day.
Had abs.
Strong. Fast. Focused.
Was 90 kilos.
Back then, I didnât know how good I had it.
Because when your bodyâs working, you stop noticing how much itâs doing for you.
Then I moved to Canada.
Different place. Different pressure.
And bit by bit⌠I lost my grip.
Food became a way to escape.
Stress became constant.
And the body I once pushed with pride⌠felt heavy.
I gained over 30 kilos.
My face was bloated. I had no energy.
And my confidence? Gone.
Iâd wake up tired.
Eat to feel better.
Then hate how I felt after.
And the worst part?
I didnât even feel like myself anymore.
This wasnât just weight.
This was losing my identity.
I was the guy who trained hard.
Now I was breathless just moving around.
One day, I sat with it.
No drama. No noise.
Just me, realizingâŚ
âThis canât be how it ends.â
So I started over.
Step by step.
Walking before lifting.
Simplifying my meals.
Cutting the noise.
No diets. No extremes.
Just honesty. And habits that didnât burn me out.
It took time.
But I lost 25 kilos.
Got my health back.
Got my clarity back.
Got me back.
Not because of a number.
Because I rebuilt from the ground up.
Now, I help others do the same.
Whenever someone tells me about how weight gain is affecting them the guy who was 120kg listens..
Because Iâve been on both sides.
Pushed to the edge.
Pulled myself back.
Built something that lasts.

I didnât just lose my dad in 2021. I lost the man who taught me how to fight!!
Most people see the coach.â¨The one who talks about discipline, mindset, structure.
But very few know where that actually comes from.â¨Not a course. Not a book.â¨It came from my dad.
In 2013, he left his job and started a business from scratch.â¨No backup. â¨Just clarity, work ethic, and belief.
He scaled it to multiple 8 figures a year in 4 years â¨And then⌠his business partner cheated him.â¨It all collapsed.
But he didnât stop.â¨He didnât complain.â¨He didnât say âIâm done.ââ¨He started again. Quietly.
And built it all again. Till life took him in 2021.
Covid took a lot of people.â¨But it took my strength.
After that, something inside me changed.â¨I knew I couldnât waste time.â¨I knew I had to carry forward what he gave me.â¨Not just his name.â¨But his values.
He taught me what it means to show up without applause.â¨To build without noise.â¨To fight back with structure.â¨To stay grounded, no matter how bad it gets.
And honestlyâŚâ¨There would be no FitWithMehar if I hadnât seen him do it first.â¨From watching him build, fall, and rebuild.â¨From watching him lead from the front.â¨From understanding that real legacy isnât loud. Itâs lived.
I still miss him.â¨Every single day.â¨But I donât let that turn into weakness.
