Introduction: Experiments are the foundation of science and therefore, essential for understanding principles of science and their appreciation by relating them to the happenings in daily life, especially at school level. It has, however, been noticed that while most of the schools have number of scientific instruments and lab accessories, they do not encourage their students to perform experime

**Summer School 2026 – Closing Ceremony**

The Closing Ceremony of Summer School 2026 was successfully held on 23 June 2026 at Seth Jai Parkash Polytechnic, Damla, Yamunanagar.

We were honored to have **Sh. Dharamvir (Retd. IAS)** as the Chief Guest of the programme. Throughout the camp, mentors from various IITs guided the students through interactive sessions, practical activities, and inspiring discussions. Their dedication helped students gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience.

On the final day, students shared their feedback and expressed how much they had learned from the camp. Many participants felt inspired by the mentors and have even started preparing more seriously for competitive examinations.

The programme was made successful with the support of the Polytechnic staff, who remained actively involved throughout the event. A special thanks to **Sh. Kapil Sharma** for his continuous efforts and valuable contribution in ensuring the smooth and successful conduct of the camp.

Heartfelt thanks to all mentors, students, staff members, and organizers for making Summer School 2026 a memorable and enriching experience.
