This helps to open your chest and shoulder region and prepares your back for Urdhva dhanurasana ( Chakrasana).
We practiced few more variations before trying Chakrasana. So don't try it on your own. Always practice under an expert or certified teacher.

💟Thank you all for coming and sharing space with us. It was overwhelming to receive such a great response. We are truly thankful
💟It was amazing to see all trying your best to take in as much as you could.
💟Because of this we will soon be announcing another Workshop. To all those we couldn't come for the workshop and to those who would like to return, there is one more coming up real soon. Details will be shared soon.

All batches are on zoom
Classes includes:
Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, HIIT & Cardio, Power Yoga, Strength & conditioning, Weight Training Yoga for Backbending, hip & shoulder opening, Twisting, Side bending, Inversion, Balancing, Core & strength, lower body, Hamstring & quad stretch.
We design our own class and is different targeting specific area (body part, muscle group, breath etc.)
