Bihar ITF Taekwondo team wins its first ever Gold Medal at the North & East Zonals at Uttarakhand. Even though this page has 3 more admins, I feel privileged to be the first one to convey this news to you all. Feeling super-proud of being the Operations Manager and a prominent fighter of something like the TAB-ITF. Proud of you Sanjay Sir, proud of you superb fighters and even though I couldn't participate in this event ( which means we lost the opportunity of winning one more Gold !!! ), feeling at the top of the world right now. Congrats to every single Bihari.

Founded in the year 2012, Taekwondo Association of Bihar-ITF (TAB-ITF) is the body representing Taekwondo Association of India-ITF, Delhi and International Taekwondo federation, Austria in the state of Bihar. Taekwondo has much more to it than just being able to beat someone up. It is a way of life. We also provide deserving players with opportunities and means to represent their respective districts, state and even country at national and international levels.
