We’ll soon start our monsoon recruitment for 2020-21. Practices session and exhibition matches will start once the normalcy resumes after the current COVID-19 pandemic situation.

Club Tennis, BIT Patna was founded in 2015 and has been revamped this year. It’s a student run organisation aimed at fostering the growth, learning and enjoyment of tennis.

We have made significant changes to our logo. Don't forget to check out the changes we've made, it always takes us back to the teams that nurtured our club for a long time and help us forge closer bonds with them as we age. It makes us more connected and bounded to our duties and discipline. 🌻

Stay Safe and Get Vaccinated. 💚

WIMBLEDON 2017: ROGER FEDERER 04/07/2017

Once upon a time it so happened that God wanted to play tennis. So he stepped down onto this earth and picked up a Wilson racquet and made tennis look ridiculously easy. That majestic forehand, that aww inspiring backhand, that inexplicable pass from that impossible angle and those mesmerising drops, God had everything in his kitty when it came to dominating tennis and he displayed all of his prowess and do you know whose form did GOD take to play tennis, ROGER FEDERER.

It might seem that the above description of Roger is exaggerated but then how else do you define such extra-ordinary player? How else can you describe a 35 year old playing tennis and winning slams? How else can you describe a man coming off from an injury lay-off and with no match practice, winning the Australian Open? And on top of it how else can you describe a man whose tennis racquet caresses the ball in a manner similar to a Swiss knife slicing a cube of butter.

With the 3rd of July marking the beginning of the most hallowed grand slam of the year Wimbledon, it might well be one last chance for Roger to stamp his authority on the greens at Wimbledon. It was way back in 2001 that Roger defeated his idol, Pete Sampras, to announce himself o the big stage and since then he has never looked back.Winning 7 Wimbledon titles including 5 on the trot was unprecedented. But for a man of his standards nothing was impossible and possibly at the dusk of his illustrious career he has got one last chance to win the Wimbledon a record extending 8th time and winning a sweet 19th grand slam.

So what are his chances. For the first time in many years he is entering the tournament as a favourite. His recent win at Halle was a perfect warm-up for him. He seems to have benefited from the rest and looks fresh to win his favorite slam. To aid his progress is the lack-lustre form of Murray and Dokovic. Nadal’s recent year capitulations at Wimbledon should hold Roger in good stead against his most famous nemesis. The young guns can be a spoil-sport but looking at their high levels of inconsistency, even they should not be a major problem.

So, this Wimbledon let us hope that the master does what he does best…win Wimbledon !!!

If everything was going smoothly, one would never build character.🙌🏻

This was our last day with Biva ma’am on court for one last farewell match. This picture represents a lot of emotions which can’t be put into words but, one thing we can surely say is you are and will always be an inspiration for us.💛

"Goodbyes, are not forever, and for sure not the end. It just means we’ll miss you until we meet again."🦋
