🧘‍♂️ Yoga Do’s and Don’ts - Episode 4 🧘‍♀️

Are you practicing yoga correctly?

In this episode, Sachin, a yoga practitioner, shares some essential tips to keep in mind:

🚫 For Girls: Avoid inversion asanas like Shirshasan, Sarvangasan, Halasana, and Karnapidasana during menstruation. Opt for simple asanas and always consult your teacher.

💨 Breathing: Don’t force deep breaths. Aim for normal breathing while practicing asanas.

👃 Breathe through your nose: Remember to breathe through your nose, not your mouth, while performing asanas.
