Why not TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY?
This is me 2 years apart. I’ve actually reverse aged myself and I’m fit and in best shape of my life. Still I’m work in progress. Do you want to know how I got from this to that or flab to fit?
Number one thing you’ve to give up in order to achieve this is to leave short term goals and idea of doing any fancy diet name in your head. THERE IS NO SHORTCUT.
Be consistent , show up for yourself, put in the efforts , leave your excuses or not finding time for yourself behind. Cause I know busiest of people take out time to workout and look after themselves. That’s how they can work at optimum efficiency.
It takes time or maybe be it will take less. Try and find it out. Stay consistent.
Do it for your own self.

This superwoman is full time working 👩🏻💻
She was finding it difficult to loose a weight since long time. She trusted the process with sustainable eating. In just one month we reached from 77 to 74 kgs.

TRANSFORMATION POST 👸🏻❤️
This superwoman is full time working woman. 👩🏻💻
Sonali started her fitness journey with me two months back. Our initial goal were to maintain consistent workouts and eat homely cooked food.
She showed up for workout sessions and started having fun while doing workouts. She is getting stronger and leaner at the same time.
She cannot believe that in such shorter span her clothes are fitting in perfectly. She can fill the difference in clothes fitting.
Most amazing thing she get to eat whatever she wants. We do not focus on restriction. We focus on habits which gives you permanent results.
