Remember, when you body is unable to digest the estrogen it produces, it leads to indigestion Of estrogen and gynaecological disorders. You must avoid consuming ostrogen - from meat, sea food, eggs, dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cheese.
You can make an exception for ghee (which has no milk solids).
Don’t eat a diet full of processed foods, red meats, and high-fat dairy. Studies show that eating these foods can make your fibroids worse. The same goes for alcohol and caffeine.
