Results of Fitathon 2025 January Edition. Congratulations to all the winners!
The Fitathon was conducted by Teranikar Foundation at on 4th January 2025. The Fitathon had 3 modules, Modules 1 and 3 were targeted towards running in short bursts. Module 2 was focused on doing 15 exercises testing the cardiovascular muscles, endurance and strength to keep on going even when the body is tired.
