Gaining my strength back as I’m focusing on hypertrophy.
I feel smoother on my deadlifts when I do post another exercise, usually 7th in order.
Form and technique felt good which is my major focus this time.
Should get much smoother in coming weeks.

You’ll probably say the weight is too light but I’ve added of one component of “speed” the small fraction of time taken to rest on every rep and lowering the weight along with the same path as I pulled it makes me concentrate so hard and probably my brain might fatigue before my body.

— HONESTLY, I wasn’t even trying to flex. This was one of my daily “check-in” pic that I’d to share with my coach during contest prep. What mad experience it was. Can’t wait to beat this physique and stand on .india stage again.
