Here is an update from my most dedicated student.
When she joined me she had only one goal and that was to loose weight and fat.
As she started working out, she came to know, motivation won't be given everyday you have to be disciplined to achieve the goal.
And started following the nutrition and workout program properly.
She was also detected Covid Positive, but the discipline never kept her away from the hard work.
The total weight loss done as far now is 22kgs in a span of 4 months.
A long way to go and I know you will achieve it✌️😎
